How Do I Place An Order?​

 

Once you have all of the items you want in your shopping bag, the next step is to Checkout. 

Follow the steps below to proceed with the checkout process.

  • Verify your merchandise

  • Enter a promo code, if applicable​

  • Verify Total

  • Enter your shipping information

    • Enter your shipping information clearly, making sure you omit periods and hyphens.

  • Choose your shipping method:

    • Standard: 3 - 6 business days

    • Premium: 2 - 3 business days

    • Express: 1 - 2 business days

  • Enter your payment method

  • Choose your payment method.​

  • Review your order​

  • Place order 

 

The following payment options are acepted:​

  • MasterCard

  • Discover

  • PayPal



When ordering online, applicable sales tax will be applied when shipping to states in which it is required by law to do so.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.  

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on UPS, FedEx, USPS sites.

 
Payment & Shipping

 

"Business days" are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note: When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delilvery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.  

 

*The below information pertains to orders placed within the United States. 

Standard Shipping Times

Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following next business day.

Orders placed on Monday by 5:00 PM EST will be processed on Wednesday and the estimated delivery day is Friday.

 

Expedited Shipping Times

Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST for in-stock merchandise with expedited shipping (Premium/Express) are processed the following business day.

Example: Orders placed on Sunday by 5:00 PM EST will be processed on Monday and the estimated delivery day is Wednesday.​



 

 
Returns & Refunds
NO REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS.
 
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item(s) received were damaged or the wrong item(s)
sent, in this case we will refund you for the shipping cost.

- All returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving package and must be in the unopened original packaging, with tags and in new condition. 
- Refunds are typically received within 2 weeks from the time that you mail them. Once we receive your return in our distribution center, please allow 2 business days for it to process.
